As we are located in Spijkenisse – very close to the port of Rotterdam – we have short distances within the ARA area, but we also travel to ports in northern Germany and Belgium.
Our service team is available 24/7, and if you need a service abroad, you are welcome to contact us, as we have a good network of reputable partners worldwide in case we cannot travel there ourselves.
After each service, you will receive the original certificates on board and a copy sent to the office. This is the standard of many other service providers, which we of course also adhere to, but we offer a little more than others!
We put a small “sticker” on the wall at the location of the serviced equipment (or other place of your choice), so that all you have to do is hold your mobile phone in front of it and the current certificate appears on the display. This way you can easily check the status at any time without needing a folder to search.
